Welcome to maS taco!

When maS was a little idea in our minds, the name was one of the hardest things to settle on. What would we name it? How could we let people know that we (Sam’s Burgers, Fries, and Pies – Always Homemade) were opening a new concept two doors down. We knew that just like Sam’s we would make our food homemade. From the salsa to the crema to the smoked brisket- no short cuts would be taken. High quality, fresh ingredients, and respect for food would be our priority.

So the wheels started turning on a little sandwich shop into a BIG taco shop. We had our menu, we had our logo, we had our families art work, and we had no name. With the help of our dear friend, in the middle of a local store, maS was named. As he said, “doesn’t mas mean more in Spanish? And isn’t that Sam backwards?”

…and then there was maS- little m, little a, big S. Call it what you want, “more” taco or Sam backwards.

We hope you enjoy our food as much as we have enjoyed planning and preparing it for you. Sam takes pride in all of his food and all of his ingredients. Only the BEST and only the TASTIEST!
